Emergency power supply by an internal battery system

For motors with a performance of more than 5 -15 kW

 

 

Functional principle

The switchover from 312 VDC to 3x 400 VAC is done by a battery set. The switchover of the conveyor drives can be done directly in the central cabinet or in the emergency power switchovers in front of the conveyor drive. The standard three-phase drives with and without brakes can be supplied by a battery system. The signal exchange can be central or decentralized. The emergency-stop of the conveyor system has to be guaranteed also in case of fire (people prior property).

If multiple conveyor tracks pass the closing area, the clearance takes place one after another.
